In 1961 Ray founded Stanbery Homes, Inc. with his two brothers, Bruce and Bailey. The business carried on the work of the original company - A.B. Stanbery, Inc. (est 1923) but in new directions. Ray's expertise in design and construction guarantees that the new homes, which Ray continues to create, will be not only striking but actually "buildable". Today working on a computer CAD system, Ray integrates more than 50 years of personal hands-on construction experience with advanced technological design skills. Ray has served as past president of the local Home Builders Association (HBA) and as chair of various building code committees and community improvement programs. | |

 A. Bailey Stanbery President |
As the youngest in a family of builders, Bailey grew up with homebuilding in his blood. After a stint in the Navy, Bailey actively joined the firm in 1965 and has been involved in every phase of the business since. Presently Bailey supervises all construction, inspecting each job on an almost daily basis. In addition, Bailey contributes civically as a member of the Board of Zoning Appeals, the Plan Commission and a past president of the Ohio Wetlands Foundation. He has also served as a past president of the local Home Builders Association and the Ohio Home Builders Association. | |

 Susan L. Marok Office Manager & Customer Liason |
As a valued employee since 1983, Sue is the "surrogate" Stanbery in the office. Originally hired to assist in bookkeeping and front office duties, Sue was promoted to Property Manager in 1997. In 1999 She moved into the positions of Office Manager and Customer Liaison. With Sue's highly effective organizational skills, she assists in coordinating the customers' contract costs, extras and credits with their specifications, and ensures that all office functions are properly orchestrated. | |
